![]() It isn't free, but if I remember correctly it was only a few dollars, and it has worked with every Canon body I've tried it with for years. ShutterCheck is the best option if you're using a Mac. Tried Raw Digger there is many exif Data info but didn't see the shutter count where is it located ? There's also downloadable programs like Raw Digger that will show lots of data which includes shutter count. That should give you the shutter count for that camera. Go to tools and highlight "show inspector", scroll down and look for "image number". If using a Mac (i'm using 10.14.2) find a recent jpg and open in preview. ![]() ![]() It might depend on which OS you're using too. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated, thanks. Message says to upgrade latest USB, I do it and still nothing, it says prefers USB2, the 7D2s have USB3 ports. I've downloaded Free Shutter Count several times and can't get to work on my 7D2s.
